This Privacy Policy applies to the Falcon Log mobile application and related public information services operated by WYROBEK SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as “WYROBEK”, “we”, “us”, or “the Service Provider”.

Bird profiles, journal entries, reminders, weight logs, and related settings are intended to remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, or remove them.

The app is built as a private field journal. The following sections explain what data is not collected and how user-controlled local records are handled.
Application data
What information does the application obtain?
The Application does not collect personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. WYROBEK does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Falcon Log may allow users to create bird profiles, add reference photos, record bird names, species, hatch years, Ring / ID values, sex, training stages, active statuses, target weight ranges, flight routes, durations, distances, weather variables, quarry types, weight logs, health notes, plumage and molt observations, reminders, journal filters, statistics, and unit settings. These records are treated as local app records and are not collected by WYROBEK through normal app use.

Falcon Log is described as a field logging utility. The Service Provider does not collect precise real-time location information about the device. Any route or location-style records created inside the app are user-controlled local records unless the user chooses to export or share them outside the app.

Because the Application does not collect information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties, advertisers, analytics brokers, or data resellers.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the app removes the Application from the device. Users may also clear local records using device or app-level controls where available.

WYROBEK does not collect or retain personal data from Falcon Log during normal use. Local records created in the app remain on the user's device for as long as the user keeps them there, unless the user deletes the app, clears app data, resets the device, or uses available local deletion controls.
If a user voluntarily contacts WYROBEK by email or through another external communication channel, the provided contact details and message contents may be kept only as long as necessary to respond to the request, maintain communication records, resolve support questions, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, but WYROBEK applies reasonable safeguards to protect any information voluntarily provided through direct contact.
